Pc games the most interesting and thriller 2021
Traditionally, during the January lull, we write about pc games projects, the release of which is planned (or possible) in the next 12 months. Let’s take a look at what publishers and developers have in store for us in 2021, but first let’s talk about the reasons that influenced the non-release of some of the games mentioned in a similar article a year ago.
Having dealt a devastating blow to the film industry, the 2020 COVID-19 pandemic also affected the video game creation process. However, it seems that the postponement of release dates due to the complication of communications in connection with the transition to remote work is nothing more than a convenient excuse for publishers and investors, which developers began to use. After all, if we are talking about AAA projects, then two, three, or even a dozen studios at once have been involved in their creation for a long time (hello to Ubisoft), plus hundreds of outsourcers. Also, they surely sit in various workplaces and surprisingly in various time regions, so all enormous groups have the right stuff to arrange distant work. Indeed, during the division of working gatherings because of isolate, some “cooperation” probably endured, however it shouldn’t have been so basic.
Most likely, the reasons for most of the transfers are banal management mistakes and an overestimation of their own strengths, it has always been, is and will be, and not only in the gaming industry. And the pandemic turned out to be just a convenient excuse to cover your own ass and not harm the publisher’s shares, because no one wants to lose money out of the blue, especially investors.
The reason for the new wave of transfers, which began literally last week, is the unsuccessful launch of Cyberpunk 2077…. Removing the game from the PlayStation Store, refunds, numerous lawsuits, inspections by regulatory authorities, falling stock prices … No one wants to be in CD Projekt’s place. Yes, Cyberpunk 2077 sold excellent circulation, but reputation losses and falling capitalization can cost a studio significantly more. The list of games moved to a later date, which already includes Outriders (People Can Fly), Riders Republic (Ubisoft), Hogwarts Legacy (Avalanche Software), Elite Dangerous Odyssey (Frontier Developments) and some other projects, will only be added. Moreover, many games, the release of which we were waiting for in 2020, still do not have specific release dates, so they can be postponed to a later date.
The first major multiplatform release in 2021. Judging by the information already available, the new part of the adventures of Agent 47 will be very close in gameplay and structure to the previous part. Indeed, this is the right choice, why fix something that isn’t broken. Hired gunman 3 is the eighth significant portion in the series and turns 20 this year!

Werewolf: The Apocalypse – Earthblood
We waited for the action / RPG about werewolves from Cyanide studio (Of Orcs and Men, Blood Bowl 2, Styx: Shards of Darkness) last year, but it was a little late. As an eco-psychological militant werewolf, you need to battle an enterprise governed by a group of vampires liable for ecological contamination.
Little nightmares II
The sequel to the horror-platformer Little Nightmares was supposed to be released last year, but a little delayed. Having escaped from the Maw of a terrible restaurant-ship, sixth finds herself on the shore, where she meets the boy Mono, with whom she must reach the Black Tower, controlled by the mysterious Announcer. And the main character of the game this time will be Mono, while the Sixth is controlled by AI. The demo version of the game is already available on Steam, PlayStation and Xbox.

Tactical real-time strategy fraction simulator of a medieval castle from the British Firefly Studios. This is the first full-fledged release in the series since Stronghold Crusader II (2014), and in general, RTS today is such a rare guest on our gaming systems that each of these games should be appreciated. And, of course, the strategy is released exclusively on the PC, the developers still have not figured out how to play RTS from a gamepad. The game was supposed to appear in September 2020, but due to the COVID-19 pandemic, it was moved to February 2021 … And then it was moved a little more.
Prince of Persia: The Sands of Time Remake
A remake of the 2003 “semi-classic” game that spawned the Assassin’s Creed series. The updated version uses the modern AnvilNext engine, however, the players managed to criticize the graphics of the game shown in the trailer. The fate of the entire Prince of Persia series, including possible sequels to the game, seems to depend on the success of the remake.

These Rotten spirits help the girl solve puzzles and fight. The game is released on Windows and Sony consoles, and on the PlayStation 5 it is actively using the new features of the DualSense controller.
